Since last Saturday, 17 October, new prevention rules against COVID-19 have been introduced throughout Poland. The government has announced that, depending on how the situation develops, they will react constantly and introduce further restrictions to save the health and lives of Poles. At this moment, the functioning of restaurants, swimming pools and gyms, as well as the maximum number of participants in public gatherings have been changed.
In addition, the safety rules of the yellow zone also apply in the red zone:
Since 17 October, the list of districts which have been included in the red zone has also expanded. A total of 152 districts are concerned, including 11 voivodship cities.
Which districts are in the red zone?
Our health depends on mutual responsibility. Everyone has an influence on how quickly the epidemic will be halted. How can we do it? Just apply the DDMA principle to protect ourselves and others:

Keeping a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from other people, frequent washing of hands with soap and water and their disinfection, as well as covering the mouth and nose in public spaces–these are basic measures to reduce the risk of coronavirus infection.
